Leadership

Leadership starts with recognizing what makes each individual unique and fostering a desire to work with others to see a team’s success through to the end. It may not be something that comes naturally to all individuals, but it is something you can learn to be more confident in over time.

Dr. Karen works tirelessly in the leadership development space to improve cultures and create bonds within teams and organizations. Through trainings and workshops, she will help you build a healthier culture within your workplace and foster communication, compassion, and diversity.

Advocacy

Since Luigi, Karen’s son, was born over 30 years ago with significant disabilities, she has been an advocate for those with special needs. That’s why she works to ensure that their voices are heard and their caretakers are supported and educated. By fostering empathy and understanding throughout the community, she works to create an environment free from stigmas and misunderstandings.

She also works with individuals, their families, and their caretakers to ensure that all parties’ needs are met, all voices are heard, and all outstanding details are given context and clarity.
